What’s Good, Claire Underwood?

They say behind every great man is a great woman, but in House of Cards, a step ahead of every great man is an impeccably dressed Claire Underwood. I’m talking about power looks. Memorable, feminine, but strong pieces down to the heels can make you walk, talk, and stand with purpose you might not even know you had.

Claire’s a bad bitch, quite possibly too bad for her own good, but hey that’s entertainment. I’d know, I’ve been in the industry for a decade, which I should mention is changing rather rapidly for me. I’ll post more about the turn my career has taken in the next weeks to come, but until then hang tight as I come to terms with the changes :)

Channeling my favorite Underwood, I pulled together this rather simple power look and instantly I was fired up.

    Claire Underwood is so badass! And her wardrobe makes me DROOL every episode. She is so classic and polished and put together that it’s borderline ridiculous. I’m loving your outfit here! The dress is simple and beautiful, and the longer length is perfect. That necklace is really stunning, too. Have a great weekend!

      Aw thank you Meg. I will ask Erich what he used for this set. This was our first shoot together, and I’m happy to say there will be more from him shortly!
